摘要
企业改制后,逐步走向企业化、市场化和契约化,企业与职工往往会发生不同程度、不同形式的对立与冲突,这些对立与冲突亦会连带引发职工与工会间的矛盾。因此,工会必须养成市场经济意识,通过改革来找到有效解决问题的办法。
After the reform of enterprise, the enterprise began to become more systematic enterprise, marketing, and contract. There were more conflicts emerging between the staff and the enterprise at different degrees and in different forms. These conflicts brought some contradictions between the workers and the trade union. Therefore, the trade union should have the economic concept and find the effective way to solve the problems through reform.
