On the Investigation about Achieving the Staff's Cultural Needs and Rights

当今职工文化活动存在这样几种倾向:一是青年职工普遍对继承和弘扬中华文化缺乏使命感;二是部分领域外来文化登堂入室,反客为主;三是青年职工喜欢上网,不爱读书;四是业余文化生活快餐化,娱乐趣味偏爱甜糯。亟需改进的几个方面则是:职工业余文艺创作陷入低谷;专兼结合的职工文化队伍建设不力;电影和演出市场的高票价使职工望而却步;全民健身场地严重不足。

Nowadays there are some inclinations existing in staff＇ s cultural activity. Firstly it is lack of sense of mission about inheriting and developing for the young staff. Secondly it is to be dominated by the immerged foreign culture. Thirdly the young staff is addicted to surf the internet without reading books. Fourthly it is from the superficial entertainment. So we need to face up to the following problems. The staff＇ s cultural crea- tion declined to recession. The team of full - time and part - time staff had not set up imperfectly. The price of movie and show are too high to afford. Fitness sites are limited for citizens.
