摘要 规划国土资源信息平台是数字新区建设的重要组成部分.设计了兰州新区规划国土资源管理信息平台,介绍了建设背景和建设目标,研究了系统构成和数据组织,阐述了系统的功能组织和各子系统的主要功能,详细讨论了系统实现的几个关键技术. Land resources information platform design is an important part of the construction of the digital new district in Lanzhou. This paper introduces the background of construction and target of land resources management information platform in New District in Lanzhou. It also studies the structure of system and the organization of data, and expounds the functional organization of the system and the main functions of each subsystems, and other several key techniques of system implementation are discussed in detail.
