摘要
文章通过对N1 2 5MW机组 (转子 )叶片围带磨损脱落事故的检查、测量分析 ,采用打磨、修刮、圆角过渡等严格的检修工艺 ,对损坏的叶片进行了修复 ,对调频叶片和部分损坏的叶片 (组 )的安全性进行了测试、评价。并采取了许多有效的措施 ,使机组一次启动成功 ,振动情况良好 ,达到了预期效果。避免了转子返回制造厂更换叶片进行修复和进行高速动平衡试验 ,经济效益显著。该处理技术对大容量机组同类问题的解决进行了有益的探索 。
Through checking and analyzing the accident of Vanes Surrounding Strap Shedding on 1 #N125MW Unit,adopted strict technics,repaired the damaged vane,adjusted rotors center,examined and evaluated the security of frequency modulation vane and damaged vane. They improved the imbalance state of middle or high voltage rotors,for eliminates of reduces quality imbalance of middle or high voltage rotors.They adopted the especial method that done balance matching weight in vane balance slot,attained to eliminate quality imbalance of rotors,leaded to success,the vibration was well.The handling technology gave the good help to same problem for great capacity unit,had reference value.
