桥头发电厂六期3^#炉干除灰系统调试及试运过程中存在问题及分析处理

Analysis Problem of Boiler Pressed-Air Eliminated-Ash System of No.3 Generating Unit in the Sixth Stage at QiaoTou Thermal Power Plant

桥头发电厂六期 3# 炉干除灰系统是针对我省最大的 1 2 5MW火力发电机组设计的正压干灰输送系统。该系统的投运在我省尚数首次。文章就该系统的调试及试运过程进行了总结。对该系统的运行参数、运行方式、系统出力、数控程序等多方面发现的问题进行了分析、探讨 ,并对其中许多问题进行了妥善解决。另外还对该系统的系统及程序设计提出了建设性建议 ,对今后我省同类系统的调试。

Boiler pressed-air eliminated-ash system of No.3 generating unit in the sixth stage at QiaoTou Thermal Power Plant is the positive pressure ash transportation system,which designed for 125MW unit.This is the first using in QingHai. The paper summarizes the system's debugging and running process,and analyzes running parameter,running manner, system output,digital control program of the system.Providing constructive for advice program design of the system,it is reference value to similar system debugging.
