摘要
以某城市大型商业综合体为例,引入亚安全区的概念,采用性能化设计方法,分析解决防火分区面积过大。人员疏散距离过长等超出国家标准规范要求的问题;提出商业综合体内商业步行街可作为亚安全区域、两侧商铺采用"喷淋+防火玻璃"与步行街进行防火分隔,并利用CFD软件FDS对各火灾场景的烟气运动进行模拟计算,验证方案的可行性。
Take large commercial complex in a city as an example,bring in the concept of "quasi safty zone".Employ the method of performance-based design to analyze and resolve the problems,such as fire district is too big,the evacuation distance is too long,which is beyond the nationat standard requirements.It puts forward the suggestions suchas taking commercial pedestrian streets in business complex as "quasi safty zone",and uses "spry system + fire glass" to separates pedestrain streets from the shops on both sides.And utilize CFD software FDS to simulate the smoke movement of every fire scenario,to verrify the feasibility of the scheme.
