摘要
对磁力泵的特点及其作为消防泵的可行性进行探讨。分析其输送泡沫液及危险化学品的特点,利用CFD仿真与实验运行效果进行了对比研究,研究发现:相对普通消防泵而言,磁力泵的输送效果较为稳定,实验值略高于计算值。随着泡沫液流动性变差,磁力泵性能受到影响,但是仍优于普通消防泵,能够有效改善传统消防泵泡沫液输送及危险品转运中存在的泄漏及输送效率等问题。
The operation characteristics of magnetic fire pump is analyzed.The comparative analysis the effect of the CFD simulation and experiment was conducled to study its characteristics of deliveging foam liquid and dangerous chemicals.The study found that:the delivery effect of magnetic pump is relatively stable compared to normal fire pump,and the experimental value is slightly above the calculated value.With the foam liquid liquidity variation,magnetic pump performance was affected,but it is still better than the ordinary fire pump,and it can effectively improve the delivery efficiency and leakage problems of foam liquid delivery and dangerous goods transport of the traditional fire pump.
