基于对全国首起特大制售假冒伪劣灭火器刑事案件的全面分析,客观总结了当前灭火器行业存在的现实问题,并从法制体系建设、创新监管模式、规范行业管理、检验设备研发和社会舆论监督等方面,提出了进一步加强灭火器产品质量监督管理工作的建议。

According to the analysis of the first large scale fire-extinguisher forging criminal case in China,an objective conclusion was conducted with regard to the currently existing problems within the fire-extinguisher industry; also advises were generated regarding to the improvements over the quality of current fire-extinguisher products from many aspects such as developing the law system,innovating the supervising methods,managing the industry criterions,researching on the testing equipment,and scrutinizing the public opinions.
