摘要
针对LIN总线技术应用成本较低、低速通信性能可靠的特点,设计了一种基于DP/LIN总线的矿用控制系统。该系统由DP/LIN通信主机和基于LIN总线的数据采集和输出模块组成,DP/LIN通信主机作为LIN总线通信网络的主节点,实现Profibus-DP总线和LIN总线之间的数据转换;基于LIN总线的数据采集和输出模块作为LIN总线通信网络的从节点,实现监测数据的采集和控制信号的输出。测试和实际应用结果表明,该系统可降低煤矿生产成本,并提高数据采集和控制的灵活性。
In view of characteristics of low application cost and reliable low-speed communication performance of LIN bus technology, a mine-used control system based on DP/LIN bus was designed. The system is composed of DP/LIN communication host and data collection and output modules based on LIN bus. The DP/LIN communication host is used as main node of LIN bus communication network to realize data conversion between Profibus-DP bus and LIN bus. The data collection and output modules based on LIN bus are used as slave nodes of LIN bus communication network to realize collection of monitored data and output of control signal. Test and actual application results show that the system can reduce production cost of coal mine and improve feasibility of data collection and control.
