生姜对大鼠胃粘膜的保护作用及胃机能的影响

Protection of ginger on gastric mucosa and its effect on gastric function in rats

本文观察了10％生姜煎液对无水乙醇和消炎痛引起的大鼠胃粘膜损伤以及胃分泌和运动机能的影响。结果表明,生姜可明显减轻无水乙醇和消炎痛对大鼠胃粘膜的损伤作用,促进胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌,使结合粘液量增加,抑制胃的排空运动。

This paper presented experimental study on effects of ginger on gastric mucosal damage and gastric secretion and motility induced by ethanol and indomethacin in rats.The results showed that ginger decoctions (10%) significantly decreased the gastric mucosal necrotic lesions evoked by ethanol and indomethacin, promoted the gastric acid and pepsin secretion, increased the binding mucus content, and inhibited the gastric emptying.
