主体性视阈下的高职院校学生党团建设研究

A Study on the Construction of the Party and the League for Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Subjectivity

分析高职院校学生党团建设现状,阐述主体性研究对高职院校党团建设的重要意义,探讨主体性视阈下高职院校学生党团建设的途径与方法,提出要充分尊重学生的主体地位,发挥其主体性作用,关注其个人成长,强化各项制度保障,才能进一步增强高职院校学生党团建设的吸引力与感染力,提高工作的有效性与实效性。

By analyzing the current situation of the construction of the Party and the League for vocational college students, this essay expounds the significance of the subjectivity-oriented study to the construction. Besides, it dis- cusses about specific ways and methods of the construction from the perspective of subjectivity in the aspects of giv- ing full respect to students＇ subject status, bringing their subjectivity into play ,paying attention to their personal de- velopment and reinforcing the institutional guarantee, to further enhance the appeal and influence of the construction as well as increasing its effectiveness.
