摘要
论述台山电厂二期1000MW超超临界机组RB功能的控制策略、逻辑设计、试验过程,并分析逻辑改进后的试验结果。重点阐述RB时锅炉快速给水回路、风机超驰回路等新型控制策略的实现原理和动作分析。试验结果表明,其RB逻辑功能设计较为完善,机组主要运行参数都能得到较好控制,功能满足机组运行需求。
This essay introduces the control strategies, logic design and experimental process of the RB function of the IO00MW ultra-supercritical unit in the second-phase construction of Taishan Power Plant as well as analyzing the experimental results after logic improvement. It also expounds the implementing principles and operational analysis of some new control strategies such as fast feedwater circuit of the boiler and the override circuit of the draught fan in the case of runback. Finally, the experimental results show that the logic function design is good, the major opera- tional parameters of the unit are under control, and the RB functions meet the requirements of the operation of the u- nit.
