针对高校图书馆CALIS馆际互借与文献传递服务的应用现状和改进对策开展研究工作.首先探讨了高校图书馆CALIS馆际互借与文献传递服务的功能及实现流程,结合自身的工作经验,对高校图书馆CALIS馆际互借与文献传递服务的使用现状进行了归纳、分析,并从外部环境和内部因素两个层面剖析了其深层原因,以此为基础,提出了相应的改进对策.

The research work is conducted aimed at the application status and the improvement countermeasure of the CALIS inter - library loan and document delivery service in university library.
