高校工程训练中心强化学生实践与创新能力的途径探讨——以梧州学院为例

Discussion on Enhancing Students' Practice and Innovation Abilities in Engineering Training Centre in Colleges and Universities——Take Wuzhou University as a Case

在国家大力推进高等教育改革和发展、强化实践育人环节的宏观背景下,工程训练中心如何提高人才培养质量,有效发挥昂贵硬件设备的作用,为国家输送实践能力和创新能力兼备的应用型合格人才,是全国高校发展建设工程训练中心时必须重点解决的问题。文章结合梧州学院机械工程训练中心5年来的教学实践,以工程训练环节在培养学生实践与创新能力的重要作用为出发点,总结强化学生实践与创新能力的多元途径。

Under the background of promoting the reform and development of higher education, strengthening practice education links of macro--context in China, engineering training centers in universities must focus on the following issues, such as, how to improve the quality of personnel training,to gain effective role of expensive hardware devices. It is the key factor that cultivating practical qualified personnel who with practical and innovative abilities in developing and constructing engineering training cen- ter. Based on 5 years teaching practice of fostering students＇ practice and innovation abilities in Mechanical Engineering Training Centre in Wuzhou University, this paper summarizs the multiple ways of strengthening the students ＂ practice and innovation a- bilities.
