摘要
分析了典型的重型燃机轮机转子的结构特点和各种拉杆式转子的结构优缺点,重点阐述了拉杆式转子中的轮盘平面接触界面和端面齿接触界面的刚度模型及其对转子动力学特性的影响,以及阻尼环对中心拉杆动力学特性的影响及其与转子本体的耦合动力学特性。最后,介绍了拉杆式转子发生故障时的转子动力学特性,并提出了需要进一步研究的问题。
The structural characteristics of the typical heavy-duty gas turbine rotors is firstly analyzed and the structural characteristics of the rod-fastened rotors is compared. Then the dynamics model of the plane contact interfaces, Hirth/Curvic facial serration couplings and the effects on the rotor dynamics are expounded. Meanwhile, the dynamics of the center tie rod with damping elements and the coupling dynamic characteristics with the rotor are analyzed. Finally, the dynamics of the rod-fastened with faults are reviewed and the issues worthy to be further researched are presented.
