摘要
在改进层次分析法的基础上,结合动态综合评价法,建立石油注水开发对水环境影响的多层次动态综合评价模型,并通过实证分析方法,判断石油注水开发对水环境的影响程度,以及石油开发企业在生产过程中应重点关注的水环境指标,为石油开发和水环境保护政策的制定提供科学依据。
Based on the improved analytic hierarchy process, the multilevel dynamic comprehensive eval- uation model is constructed combined with the dynamic comprehensive evaluation method. Through the empiri- cal analysis, the impact of oil water- flooding development on water environment is determined, coupled with the indexes of water environment which should be paid much attention to in the production of oil development enterprises. All these provide some scientific basis for the establishment of policies about oil development and protection of water environment.
