摘要
企业研发项目风险管理对研发项目成功率至关重要。总结了研发项目、研发项目管理的内涵,界定了研发项目风险的概念,对研发项目风险的识别、评价和控制等方面国内外文献作了综合性述评,尝试提出了目前研发项目风险管理研究的不足。
The risk management of corporate R＆D project is crucial to the success rate of R＆D projects.Based on the summary of the connotations about R＆ D projects and R＆D project management, the concept of the R＆D project risk is defined. Then a comprehensive review focuses on the domestic and foreign literatures about the identification, evaluation and control of R＆D project risk, trying to show the inadequate research a- bout the current risk management of R＆ D projects.
