边境口岸物流发展模式、因素分解及选择方法探讨——以滇越口岸河口为例

边境口岸物流与港口物流比较,由于交通条件及区位优势相对较差,发展滞后。在借鉴港口物流及区域物流发展模式的基础上,考虑边境口岸物流与之相比的共性及特殊性,提出了六种边境口岸物流发展模式,并对影响每种边境口岸物流模式的因素进行了详细分解。在模式因素分解的基础上,制定了边境口岸物流模式选择的原则、流程、方法,构建了一套科学合理、切实有效的选择方案。最后,以滇越边境口岸——河口为例,在对该边境口岸物流相关因素进行定量定性评分的基础上,利用模糊综合评判法得出边境口岸物流各因素的模糊评价结果,最终得出河口边境口岸物流发展模式为:基于边境口岸边境经济合作区的综合型物流模式。
