联合检测血清OPN及CEA在胃癌筛查中的价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析联合检测血清骨桥蛋白(Osteopontin,OPN)及癌胚抗原(Carcino Embryonic Antigen,CEA)浓度对胃癌诊断的敏感性及特异性,评价其在胃癌筛查中的价值。方法选取60例胃癌患者作为病例组,60例胃良性病变患者作为对照组,检测所有研究对象的血清OPN及CEA浓度,分析两种标志物单项检测及联合检测诊断胃癌的敏感性及特异性。结果病例组的OPN浓度为(78.3±24.2)ng/ml,CEA浓度为(36.2±24.6)ng/ml;对照组的OPN浓度为(42.8±14.8)ng/ml,CEA浓度为(2.4±0.8)ng/ml;单项检测OPN诊断胃癌的敏感性及特异性为60.0%及75.0%,单项检测CEA的敏感性及特异性为58.3%及73.3%,联合检测OPN及CEA的诊断胃癌的敏感性及特异性分别为91.7%及91.6%。结论联合检测血清OPN及CEA可提高胃癌诊断的特异性及敏感性,检测方法简便,可作为胃癌筛查的指标。 Objective To analyze the combined detection of serum osteopontin (OPN) and carcino embryonic antigen (CEA) concentration on sensitivity and specificity of the gastric cancer diagnosis,evaluation of its value in gastric cancer screening.Methods 60 cases of gastric cancer patients as case group and 60 cases of benign gastric lesions patients as control group.All subjects take the detection of serum CEA and OPN.These two markers' sensitivity and specificity in individual tests and combined detection were analyzed.Results OPN concentration of case group was 78.3±24.2ng/ml and CEA concentration was 36.2±24.6ng/ml.OPN concentration of the control group was 42.8±14.8ng/ml and CEA concentration was 2.4±0.8ng/ml.The sensitivity and specificity of gastric cancer diagnosis in single detection of OPN were 60.0% and 75.0%.The single detection sensitivity and specificity of CEA were 58.3% and 73.3%.And the sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of OPN and CEA in the diagnosis of gastric cancer were 91.7%and 91.6%.Conclusion The combined detection of serum OPN and CEA can improve the specificity and sensitivity in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.This detection method is simple and can be used as an indicator of gastric cancer screening.
