腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠68例临床疗效观察

Experience of 68cases of laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨腹腔镜在异位妊娠治疗中的应用效果。方法将134例异位妊娠患者按入院顺序随机分为治疗组与对照组各67例,治疗组给予腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组给予开腹手术治疗,比较两组患者术中情况及手术治疗效果。结果术中出血量治疗组为(29.47±7.69)ml,对照组(55.10±12.57)ml;手术时间:治疗组为(49.97±4.77)min,对照组(70.01±3.45)min;住院时间:治疗组为(3.34±0.41)d,对照组(7.01±3.45)d;肛门排气时间:治疗组为(11.06±2.48)h,对照组为(29.6±10.13)h,两组4项比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组术后并发症发生率分别为5.88%和7.58%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠与开腹手术比较,可减少出血,缩短手术时间,加快康复,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the application of laparoscopy in ectopic pregnancy.Methods 134 cases of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with laparoscopic operation treatment and control group were given abdominal operation treatment.Results In treatment group,the bleeding volume was （29.47±7.69） mL,the operation time was （49.97±4.77） min,（3.34±0.41 hospitalization time） d,anal exhaust time was （11.06±2.48） h,the blood loss was less than the control group,operation time,hospitalization time and anal exhaust time is shorter than the control group,statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.01）.The treatment group was 5.88%,7.58% in control group,postoperative complications; two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy can reduce bleeding,shorten the operation time,speed recovery and reduce postoperative complications.
