高职酒店管理专业“校企生三赢”人才培养模式的探索与实践——以酒店管理专业为例

The Exploration and Practice of Personnel Training Mode of Triple Win of College,Enterprise and Student——A Case Study of Hotel Management Specialty

目前酒店管理专业大多采用"校企合作,工学结合"的人才培养模式,体现了社会对技能型人才的需求。但随着酒店业的发展,这种人才培养模式和企业"互动"还不够深入,无法解决现有新问题,为此我们提出了"校企生三赢"的新型人才培养模式。课题组对此进行了研究与实践,取得了良好的效果。

The personnel training mode of ＂college-enterprise cooperation and combination of learning with working＂, which is adopted by most of the hotel management specialties, reflects the social demand for skilled personnel. With the development of hotel industry, however, it can＇t deeply interact with the enterprises nor solve the newly-emerged problems. So we put forward the new personnel training mode of ＂triple win of college, enterprise and student＂. The research group carried out study and practice and achieved good effect.
