摘要
对某钢厂高钛型高炉渣进行了渣钛分离研究,确定了以NaOH作为分离剂制取偏钛酸晶体粉末的工艺路线,实现了含钛高炉渣资源的有效利用。含钛高炉渣中的钛、硅、铝氧化物在高温下与NaOH发生发应,生成相应的含氧酸钠盐,经过水浸和酸洗即可得到偏钛酸结晶。实验表明,温度时分离效果的影响显著,当渣与分离剂之比为50∶33、焙烧温度达1 350℃时,效果最佳,生成的偏钛酸量最大。
The study on separation of slag and titanium from high-titanium blast furnace slag in a steel plant was performed, the process of preparation of metatitanic acid crystallization powder with separation agent NaOH was de- termined, effective utilization of blast furnace slag containing titanium was realized. The titanium, silicon and alu- minum oxide in blast furnace slag containing titanium generates sodium salts containing oxygen after reacting with NaOH at high temperature, then, through water leaching and aeid washing, metatitanic acid crystallization can be obtained. The test results showed that the temperature obviously influenced the separation effects when adding the same amounts of separation agents, the optimal effects could be obtained, and the amounts of metatitanic acid could reach maximum when the ratio of slag to separation agent was 50 to 33, roasting at 1 350 ℃.
