Reason analysis and treatment method of the reinforced concrete bin leakage in Jiaojia Gold Mine

钢筋混凝土砂仓由于体积大、高度与砂仓直径存在一定比例等因素,仓内的矿浆体对于侧壁的压力大,如何完善设计以及做好施工中的质量控制是避免仓体出现渗漏的主要因素,本文对2011年建成投产的1500m^3砂仓出现渗漏的原因进行分析,并提出了具体的处理方法。

Because the reinforced concrete bin has large volume and proper ratio of diameter to height,the bin wall bears high pressure from the paste.The main factors to prevent wall leakage are the perfect design and construction quality control.The leakage reason of the 1 500m^3 bin,which was built in 2011,was analyzed,and the treatment method was put forward.
