镇沅金矿选矿厂分级设备改造实践

Modification practice of concentrator classifying equipment of Zhenyuan Gold Mine

位于云南哀牢山地区的镇沅金矿是一座处理能力为2 000t/d的黄金矿山企业,选矿厂生产过程中,与一段磨矿配套的直径3m的双螺旋分级机故障频发,严重制约了选厂的生产,经过分析论证,采用水力旋流器取代了分级机,生产情况得到很大改善,设备运转率大幅提高,选厂处理能力增加,各项生产指标都有较大提高。

Zhenyuan Gold Mine is located in Ailaoshan district,Yunnan province.Its throughput is 2 000t/d gold-bearing ore.The 3m double-spiral classifier,which associated with the first stage grinding,often broke down in the concentrator production,and it influenced the production seriously.Through the discussion and analysis of this problem,the cyclone was used to replace the classifier,and the production situation was improved.The equipment running efficiency and the throughput were increased,and the production indexes were improved.
