摘要
目的:探讨精细化护理在90岁以上超高龄患者髋部骨折中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析29例超高龄髋部骨折手术治疗的患者在围术期的精细化护理过程。结果:29例超高龄患者均安全度过手术期,患者及家属对手术室护理工作满意度高达100%。结论:对超高龄髋部手术患者实施精细化护理,能使患者安全度过手术期,有效降低手术并发症的发生,提高超高龄患者的生活质量。
Objective：To study the effect of the fine nursing care on the super-aged patients （above 90 years old） with hip fracture.Methods：Analyzed the process of fine nursing care of 29 super-aged patients with hip fracture before,during and after the surgery.Results：29 cases super-aged patients get through operation period safely and the patients＇family were fully satisfied with the nursing job of the operation room.Conclusion：Fine nursing in super-aged patients with hip fracture can make the patients get through the operation period safely,reduce the surgical complications effectively,improve the quality of life of the super-aged patients.
