氧气驱动雾化吸入在治疗老年慢性喘息性支气管炎中的应用

Application of oxygen drive aerosol inhalation therapy in elderly patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis

目的：探讨氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗老年慢性喘息性支气管炎的护理效果.方法：选择2010年7月～2012年5月我院收治的42例老年喘息性支气管炎患者作为研究对象,患者在常规治疗的基础上给予氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗,治疗期间配合护理干预.结果：经过1周治疗,42例患者中显效36例,有效6例,总有效率为100％.结论：氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗具有较大的临床优势,细致周到的护理配合对于保证治疗的安全性和有效性具有积极意义.

Objective：To explore the nursing effect of oxygen drive aerosol inhalation therapy used for older patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis.Methods：42 cases of patients were given oxygen drive aerosol inhalation therapy on base of routine therapy,during the therapy time,the proper nursing were given.Results：After one week of therapy,the efficiency cases were 36,the effective cases were 6,and the total effective rate was 100％.There was no nursing accident happened.Conclusion：Oxygen drive aerosol inhalation therapy owns big clinical advantage,proper nursing is meaningful for guarantee the safety and effectivity of the therapy.
