优化工作流程在妇科病房中的应用效果

Application effect of optimize work flow in gynecology ward

目的：探索工作流程优化和“限时服务”的效果.方法：将2011年7～12月在妇科病房住院患者设为对照组,将2012年7 ～ 12月进行流程优化后的患者作为观察组,通过满意度调查表进行问卷调查,了解患者对流程优化前后护士服务效率和服务质量满意情况.结果：观察组的满意度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义.观察组对护士提名表扬次数明显高于对照组.结论：优化工作流程,实行“限时服务”,提高了护理质量及患者对优质护理满意度.

Objective：To explore the effect of optimizing the working process of nursing and carrying out time-limited service.Methods：Chose the patients in gynaecology and obstetrics department from July to December in 2011,and set these samples as the control group,Set those after optimizing the workflow from July to December in 2012 as the observation group,get to know patients＇evaluations of results of nurses＇service efficiency and quality before and after the optimizing through questionnaires of satisfaction degree.Results：Compared the observation group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.The number of praise of nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than nurses in the control group.Conclusion：Optimizing the workflow,and carrying out timelimited service improve the nursing care quality and the patience satisfaction.
