Analysis and Treatment on Cracks Occurred on Round-Shaped Pier

裂缝在素混凝土结构尤其是大体积素混凝土结构中很难避免,裂缝的出现对结构造成安全隐患,降低了结构的耐久性。文章针对某铁路桥圆端形桥墩出现的裂缝,分析了其产生的原因以及对结构和耐久性的影响,提出了补强加固的处理方案,为同类型桥墩裂缝的修补提供参考。

Cracks are difficult to be avoided in plain concrete structures, especially large volume of plain concrete structures, the hazard development of cracks on structure hinders safety, reducing durability of structure. Aiming at cracks appeared on a railway bridge pier of round shaped end, the paper makes an analysis on its causes and effects on structure and durability. The paper puts forward some measures for reinforcement, and provides references for repairing cracks on the same type of piers.
