摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定5%硝磺草酮—50%莠去津悬浮剂的有效成分含量,外标法定量。条件是:Agilent Extend-C18色谱柱(150.0 mm×4.6 mm i.d.);流动相为1%磷酸(A)和乙腈(B),其中VA∶VB=60∶40;流速为1.2 mL/min;紫外检测波长为230 nm;柱温30℃。结果表明,在进样量为5μL时具有良好的线性关系,硝磺草酮和莠去津的精密度RSD值分别为1.33%和1.31%。
An reversal phase high performance liquid chromatography method using an external standard was developed for quantitative determination of 5% mesotrione-50% atrazine SC.Hereinto, Agilent Extend-C18 column (150.0 mmx4.6 mm i.d. )with column temperature at 30℃ and 1% phosphoric acid- acetonitrile (60:40, by vol )as a mobile phase was used.Flow rate was 1.2 mL/min, and the wavelength of UV detector was 230 nm.The results showed that the suitable inject volume was 5 μL,the precision of mesotrione and atrazine was 1.33% and 1.31% ,respectively.
