摘要
气温较高的华东、华南地区某些电厂的汽水分析取样装置尚存在减温性能不良的问题 ,导致样水温度超标 ,严重影响化学仪表的在线分析。文中通过计算和分析亚临界机组水汽取样分析装置减温热负荷及换热效率 ,指出一次冷却系统除盐冷却水量过大是引起这一问题的直接原因 ,并进而探讨亚临界机组最佳冷却水量及冷却方式 。
The performances of the water\|steam sampling devices for reducing the temperature in several power plants in the Eastern and Southern China are not perfect,which causes the sampling water temperature to be over limits and affects the on\|line analyses results for the chemical instruments seriously.Based on the calculation and the analyses of the reducing heat load and the heat exchange efficiency for the devices in the subcritical turbine\|generator sets,we find the direct reason in the excessive amount of the demineralized cooling water in the primary cooling system.Then,the optimal amount of the cooling water and the cooling methods for the subcritical sets were presented.Ssuggestions for the device design were given.
