摘要
介绍了衡阳钢管厂φ108mm三辊轧管机组配置12架微张力减径机生产中厚壁钢管的外径精度、壁厚精度及内外表面质量情况。实践证明采用合理的减径工艺制度,用一组微张力减径机代替二辊减径机+回转定径机生产中厚壁钢管是极为成功的。
The paper describes the O.D. and wall-thickness tolerances and internal/external surface quality of midium and heavy wall steel pipes produced in Hengyang Steel Pipe Factory by means of φ108mm three-roll mill complete with a 12-stand slight-stretch reducing mill. The practice proves it very successful to produce such pipes by applying proper reducing process and using a slight-stretch reducing mill instead of two-roll reducing mill plus rotary sizing mill.
