摘要
汽车故障诊断仪除了具有对汽车电子控制系统自诊断系统进行读取故障码和清除故障码的功能外,还具有对电子控制系统进行动态数据测试(数据流分析)功能。数据流测试功能仅能测试故障数据,无法分析数据,分析还得依托人员解决针对电控发动机故障数据分析其关联特性,结合实例,提出了数据流分析在汽车故障诊断仪的优化思路。
Apart from reading and cleaning the fault codes of automotive electronic control system on-board diagnostic, the automobile fault diagnosis instrument also has the function of dynamic data testing (data flow analysis) of the electronic control system. Dynamic data testing can only test fault data, but not analyze data which relies on the manual analysis. Analyzing the correlation characteristics with the focus on electronic controlled engine, this paper proposes the optimized ideas of the data flow analysis in automobile fault diagnosis with case study.
