基于FTA-FMEA联合法的履带车辆综合传动装置故障分析

摘要 为准确定位履带车辆综合传动装置故障,按照确定顶事件、FTA定性分析、部队自检自修、FMEA分析和定位故障的步骤,利用FTA-FMEA联合法对履带车辆综合传动装置某一复杂故障进行了实例分析。根据得出的结论可方便指导部队对其进行自修和送修。实践证明,该方法简单可行,准确率高,对指导履带车辆综合传动装置修理具有非常重要的军事和经济意义。 In order to locate the fault of integrated transmission equipment of tracked vehicle accurately, according to the steps of determining the top event, I^FA qualitative analysis, self-checking and self-repairing by forces, FMEA analysis and determining fault location, a complex fault of integrated transmission equipment of tracked vehicle is analyzed using FTA-FMEA combined method for an example. The conclusion of the study can conveniently guide self-checking and self-repairing by forces. Practice has proved, this method is simple and feasible, with high accuracy, has very important military and economic significance to guide the repair of integrated transmission equipment of tracked vehicle.
