高校后勤财务管理存在的问题及其对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Financial Management in University Logistics

随着高校办学规模的扩大与高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入,后勤财务管理的作用也愈加重要。针对目前高校后勤财务管理中存在的产权关系不清、目标不明确等问题,分析原因,并提出加强与改进高校后勤财务管理工作的思路与对策。

With the scale of the university expanding and the deepening of the socialization reform of university logistics, the role of the financial management becomes more and more important. In view of the problems of financial management in university logistics such as the unclear property rights and unclear target problems, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward some thoughts and countermeasures in order to improve financial management of university logistics.
