摘要
现代学校制度建设作为教育改革的一个中观层面,已成为教育界和社会各界普遍关注的热点问题。通过纵向和横向的比较,具体分析了现代学校制度与传统学校制度、现代企业制度的内在区别与联系,明晰了现代学校制度的内涵以及建设现代学校制度提出的国内外背景。
The education fields and the whole society, as the middle sector of education reforms, have concerned the construction of modem school system. The article analyses and defines the conception of modern school system through comparing the modern school system with the traditional school system and the modern enterprise system.
