Business Quality Appraisal Management System Design and Implementation for the New Generation Weather Radar in Henan

雷达业务质量的考核对于提升新一代天气雷达的业务运行质量起着重要作用,业务质量的好坏直接影响雷达灾害性天气的监测和预警。根据中国气象局雷达业务质量考核的规定,以C#语言为基础进行开发,采用BS架构,结合SQL数据库设计并实施了河南省新一代天气雷达业务质量考核管理系统,实现了对新一代天气雷达业务运行状况的自动采集和质量的自动化考核。能及时、客观反映雷达业务质量状况,及时发现雷达业务运行中存在的问题,为管理部门解决问题提供依据,以利于雷达的业务管理科学化、自动化、集约化,节约了人力、物力和财力。

The radar business quality appraisal plays an important role for enhancing the quality of business running,and the business quality directly affects severe weather monitoring and warning. Ac-cording to CMA business quality appraisal requirements,we design and implement the business quality appraisal management system for the New Generation Weather Radar in Henan. The system uses C# as the basis language,adopts BS architecture and combines with SQL databases,to achieve business run-ning automatic acquisition and quality automatic assessment. The system can timely and objectively re-flect the radar business quality status,timely discover the problems in business running and provide a ba-sis for administration to solve problems,facilitate radar business management scientific,automation,in-tensification and save manpower,resources,financial resources.
