沼液与尿素配施对棉花产量及土壤重金属含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以新陆早48号为研究对象,通过盆栽试验探讨沼液与尿素配施对棉花生育进程、干物质、产量及构成和土壤重金属的影响。结果表明:各处理间生育期所历经的时间最大相隔4d;棉花干物质的累积特征为"慢-快-慢",呈现"S"型曲线,总氮量的75%由沼液提供,剩余25%由尿素提供的处理干物质累积量、生殖器官与营养器官干物质比值最大;此处理收获了最高的皮棉产量,为22.13g/盆;沼液的施加不同程度地提高了土壤中Cu和Ni的含量,但Pb、Cd和Cr的含量有所下降。以上5种重金属的含量均在国家土壤环境质量允许范围内。 The study used cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L. cv. Xinluzao 48)as the research object to explore the effect of combined application of hiogas slurry and urea on development course of cotton, dry matter, cotton yield and its components, and heavy metal elements in soil through pot trial. The results showed that the maximum time interval of the growth period was 4d among the treatments. Dry matter accumulation was characterized by"slow-fast-stow", consistent with"S"curve. The treatment in which 75~ of total N was from the biogas slurry and the remaining 25~ was from urea had the highest dry matter accumulation and reproductive-vegetative ratio. It also gained the highest lint yield of 22.13 g/pot. Biogas slurry application in varying degrees increased the content of Cu and Ni in the soil, while it reduced the content of Pb, Cd and Cr. However, the above five kinds of heavy metal content were according with the national soil environmental quality.
