森林蔬菜黄藤鲜笋及植株不同器官的抗氧化活性 被引量:3

摘要 黄藤笋是棕榈藤植物黄藤的藤茎嫩梢,是一种具有高强抗氧化活性(自由基清除能力)的优质森林蔬菜。本实验采用不同溶剂(蒸馏水,25%、50%、75%和100%乙醇)提取黄藤笋和其植株不同器官(叶鞘、鲜叶、干叶、鲜叶柄、干叶柄)的抗氧化物,并采用二苯代苦味酰肼基自由基(DPPH)法、铁还原/抗氧化能力(FRAP)法、福林.酚比色法、芦丁比色法进一步测定了各个提取物的自由基清除能力、总还原能力、总多酚含量和总黄铜含量。结果表明,黄藤笋与其植株其它部位均具有高强的抗氧化活性,即DPPH自由基清除能力、总还原能力、总多酚含量和总黄酮含量均处于高水平,其中以熟笋为最高,其次是生笋和鲜叶,干叶最低,其余部分差别不大。5种溶剂均可获得满意的提取效果,但以50%~75%的乙醇提取更为有效。研究结果表明黄藤全株具有潜在的抗氧化剂开发的前景。 The shoots ofDaemonorops margaritae Beccari refer to the edible part (palm heart) of this rattan plant species. As proved in early studies, it is a good quality forest vegetable with a very strong antioxidant capacity or free radical scavenging capacity (RSC). The polyphenoils of fresh shoots and other organs (such as leaf sheath, fresh leaf, dried lead, fresh petiole and dried petiole) ofD. margaritae were extracted with five different solvents (distilled water and 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% ethanol). And the free radical scavenging ability, total reducing capacity, total polyphenols content and total flavonoid content of extracts of flesh shoots and other organs were analyzed by using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) essay, Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power (FRAP), Forint-phenol colorimetry and Rutin spectrophotometer' s method, respectively. The results show that all parts of the plant exhibited strong antioxidant activities with high free radical scavenging capacity, total reducing ability, and total phenolic and flavone contents. In general, among the four tested indexes, the boiled fresh shoot recorded the highest values, followed by the fresh shoot and fresh leaf, while the dried leaf showed the lowest; Five different solvents produced satisfactory extraction results, while 50% and 75% ethanol were more effective. The results indicate that the shoots and other organs of D. margaritae plant can be a promising and valuable material for the exploitation of antioxidants.
