广州市森林健康风险评价指标体系的构建

Construction of index system for evaluating forest health and risk in Guangzhou city

为了从系统和全局的高度对广州市森林健康风险进行全面认识、客观分析、科学决策,分析了国内外森林健康评价体系的研究进展,根据森林健康风险评价指标体系构建的原则及其指标的定性、定量筛选结果,从森林结构性、功能性、环境性风险三方面选取22个指标构建出了广州市森林健康风险评价指标体系,以年和区域为风险评价尺度,运用标准比值法、AHP法及风险综合评价指数公式,得到了广州市及其主要八个区(市)的森林健康风险评价等级,均处于轻度。这将对促进广州市森林可持续经营和林业可持续发展具有重要的理论和实际意义。

In order to make comprehensive recognition, objective analysis and scientific strategy for Guangzhou forest health and risk, the research progresses on forest health and risk evaluation system at home and abroad were studied. Twenty two indexes were selected for Guangzhou forest health risk evaluation from three aspects of the risks in forest structure, function and environment and the index system for evaluating forest health and risk in Guangzhou city was setup. By taking year and district as the risk assessment scales, and adopting standard ratio method, AHP method and risk evaluation index formula, the risk assessment values of forest health for the eight districts or municipalities of Guangzhou city were obtained and which all were in mild level. The findings have some great theoretical and practical significances for promoting the sustainable forest management and forestry sustainable development in Guangzhou city.
