摘要
采用减压精馏技术和结晶技术相结合从杉木油中分离柏木醇。结果表明:采用变回流比操作,回流比为1~7,系统压力为2.27kPa,塔釜温度小于225℃,高沸点馏分收集阶段塔顶温度为164~166℃,高沸点馏分中柏木醇含量为58%左右,柏木醇的收率为90%左右。溶剂结晶法从高沸点馏分中分离柏木醇的最佳工艺为:结晶时间为5h、结晶终温为4℃、乙醇浓度为85%、料液比为1:2,此时,柏木醇的纯度为92.81%,柏木醇的收率为79.03%。经重结晶后,柏木醇纯度达到98%以上。
Vacuum rectification and crystallization were used to separation cedrol from Chinese fir oil. The results show that the reflux ratio was 1-7, the system pressure was 2.27 kPa, the temperature of tower bottom was below 225 ℃ ; In the optimum condition, the temperature of tower top was between 164 and 166 ℃ , the yield rate of cedrol reached 90% and the content of cedrol reached 58%. The optimum technics conditions separating cedrol from the high boiling point fractions are as follows: crystallizing temperature 4℃ ethanol concentration 85%, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 2. With the optimum technics, the yield of cedrol reached 79.03% and the purity of cedrol reached 92.81%. After recrvstallization, the Duritv of cedrol reached 98%.
