心理社会因素对社区高血压患者药物治疗效果的影响

Psychosocial Factors on Hypertension Patients in Community Drug Treatment Effect

目的:探讨心理社会因素对社区高血压患者药物治疗效果的影响。方法:以所负责辖区中的128例1级及2级高血压患者为研究对象。对这些患者用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和社会支持自评量表进行心理评定,并根据评分结果将其分为心理评分高的高风险组及心理评分低的低风险组。对两组患者进行3个月的吲达帕胺控制血压及血压相关因素治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:低风险组治疗的总有效率75.71%,明显高于高风险组的55.17%,比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);同时低风险组在血压、体重指数、甘油三酯及胆固醇的控制治疗程度上均明显优于高风险组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理社会因素对高血压患者药物治疗能产生巨大影响,高血压患者在药物治疗的同时,还应该加强心理干预,这样才能取得更好的效果。

Objective：To investigate the effect of psychosocial factors on hypertension patients in community drug treatment.Method：One hundred and twenty-eight primary and secondary hypertensive patients who were in the charge of the researcher were selected as the research objects.Self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale and social support rating scale were adopted to assess these patients psychological status.These patients were divided into the high psychosocial risk factors group and the low psychosocial risk factors group according to different psychological status level.The patients of two groups were treated by indapamide control of blood pressure and other factors associated with blood pressure for three months.Then the treatment effect of two groups was compared.Result：The total effective rate of the low psychosocial risk factors group treatment was 75.71%,it was higher than the high psychosocial risk factors group（55.17%）,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.At the same time,the low risk group in blood pressure,body mass index,triglyceride and cholesterol control the extent of treatment were better than the high psychosocial risk factors group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The psychosocial factor has a enormous impact on the drug therapy of hypertensive patients.In drug therapy of hypertension patients at the same time,should also strengthen the psychological intervention,so as to achieve better effect.
