分析开放粉碎性前臂双骨折急诊治疗

Emergency Treatment Analysis of Open Comminuted Forearm Fractures

目的:分析急诊治疗开放粉碎性前臂双骨折的疗效,以供今后的骨科急诊工作参考。方法:以2008年6月-2011年5月本院急诊收治的开放粉碎性前臂双骨折患者86例作为研究对象,按照患者意愿进行分组,均进行彻底清创、准确复位等处理。对照组给予非钢板内固定治疗,观察组给予钢板内固定治疗。随访12个月,观察两组患者骨折愈合情况、愈合时间和肢体活动功能的差异。结果:两组患者骨折均达到愈合效果,未发生感染、骨髓炎等并发症;与对照组比较,观察组愈合时间较短、肢体活动能力较好,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊治疗开放粉碎性前臂双骨折时,钢板内固定治疗和非钢板内固定治疗均可起到一定的疗效,其中钢板内固定治疗患者的上肢功能得到较大的恢复,值得在今后的临床工作中选择应用。

Objective：To analyze the emergency treatment effects of open comminuted forearm fractures,so as to supply references for emergency treatment work. Method：86 patients with open comminuted forearm fractures in our hospital from June 2008 to May 2011 were selected as the study objects,divided into the groups according to the patients’ wishes. Both of the groups were given processing of thorough debridement and accurate reset. The control group was given non-plate fixation treatment,and the observation group was given plate fixation treatment. Followed up for 12 months,the fracture healing conditions,healing time and physical activities of these two groups were observed. Result：All the patients in these two groups achieved the effects of healing,no infection osteomyelitis of other complications. Compared with the control group,in the observation group,the healing time was shorter,and the physical activity was better,with significant statistical differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：When conduct the emergency treatment for open comminuted forearm fractures patients,both of non-plate fixation and plate fixation treatment can play certain effects,in which plate fixation for the treatment of patients with upper limb function can obtain better recovery,which is worthy of clinical selection and application.
