Value of CT Enhanced Scanning in the Diagnosis of Liver Trauma

目的:探讨CT增强扫描在肝脏创伤中的诊断价值。方法:选取本院收治肝脏创伤患者76例,对患者进行CT检测和CT增强扫描。将患者肝脏扫描影像及其手术治疗效果进行对比。结果:76例患者CT检测显示肝内存在不规则低密度阴影,肝脏周围显示液性低密度影像,CT增强检查的图像清晰。结论:CT增强扫描可以清晰显示肝脏损伤部位及损伤程度,有效提高诊断率。

Objective： To explore the contrast value of enhanced CT scanning in hepatic trauma.Method ： 76 cases of liver trauma patients treated in this hospital were selected, CT detection were taken in such patients. 76 patients underwent CT scan. The effect of treatment of patients with liver scanning and the operation were compared.Result： There were 76 cases with irregular low density shadow in the liver of patients with liver, peripheral display low density liquid. Conclusion： CT scan can clearly show the location and extent of damage of liver injury, effectively improve the diagnostic rate.
