摘要
在运用属性论方法评估样本方案的过程中,在计算样本方案的局部满意度时,属性坐标系中会出现同心圆效应,即在标准方案周围同一圆周上的大量样本方案局部满意度是相同的.它使计算结果过于粗糙,不符合评估决策的要求,为此,提出了一种改进同心圆效应的方法.
In solving partial satisfaction of sample plans, there will be a concentric circle effect in attribute coordinate system when the attribute theory is used in the process of evaluating samples. It means that the samples on the same circumference near the master sample have the same values. This phenomenon makes the calculation results being too rough, and can not meet the requirements of evaluation and decision. Therefore, an improved method is proposed for the concentric circle effect.
