摘要
建立了浆液pH值控制系统的近似数学模型,提出了一种模糊PID控制思路,弥补了传统PID控制的缺陷,具有很强的自适应、自学习和自调整能力.通过MATLAB/simulink仿真实验,得到了不同状况下的仿真曲线图,发现模糊PID控制使pH值控制系统的稳定性、快速性和准确性大为增强,增强了控制系统的抗干扰能力,提高了湿法烟气脱硫的效率,满足了工业生产的要求.
The approximate mathematical model of serosity pH value control system is established. A fuzzy PID control is put forward to make up for the deficiency of the traditional PID control, it has very strong adaptive, self learning and self adjusting ability. Through the MATLAB/simulink simulation, the simulation curves are obtained under different conditions. Results show as followings: Fuzzy PID control improves greatly the stability, rapidity and accuracy of the pH value control system, and improves the anti-interference ability of the control system. The efficiency of wet flue gas desulfurization is enhanced, and the system meets the requirements of industrial production.
