体育教师职业倦怠问题研究

Job Burnout of Physical Education Teacher

采用问卷调查法和数理统计法,以阜阳师范学院附属中学、红旗中学、城郊中学、三中等10所中学体育教师为研究对象,问卷调查了体育教师职业倦怠问题.结果表明,阜阳城区的多数体育教师出现职业倦怠心理前期症状,少数体育教师呈现倦怠心理.倦怠心理是职业地位不受尊重、职业发展前景不好以及环境差、付出无法得到应有回报等原因造成的.

By questionnaire method and statistical method, physical education teacher burnout is surveyed. The research objects are selected from ten middle schools of Fuyang city, such as the attached middle school of Fuyang Normal Institute, the red flag middle school and the suburb middle school, the No.3 middle school, etc. The results show that the majority physical education teachers are emerging pre-employment psychological symptoms of burnout, and a small number of physical education teachers exhibited psychological burnout. The reasons of produced burnout are that their professional status being not respected, career prospects looked not good, the environment is poor and pay never returns, and so on.
