建筑工程中进行绿色施工必须要按照因地制宜的标准,切实执行国家、地方及行业的政策和技术标准。绿色建筑施工是可持续发展理念在工程建设中综合应用的一种体现,与可持续发展息息相关,如环境和生态保护,能源和资源的有效利用,经济与社会的发展及节能、节水、节地、环境保护等。基于此,根据工程实例,阐述了绿色建筑住宅建筑施工中的一些技术要点。

Green construction must be in accordance with the standards of local conditions as well as policy and technical standards of nation, locations and industries. Green construction is the concept of sustainable development in the construction of the project of integrated application and is closely related to sustainable development, such as environmental and ecological protection, and efficient use of energy and resources, economic and social development and energy saving, water, land, environmental protection, etc. Based on this, according to an engineering example, this paper indicates some main technical points of residential construction.
