摘要
针对输变电建设工程结算管理进度迟缓、工程投资控制难度大等问题,分析了一些工程结算管理过程中的共性及个性的问题,并阐述了解决问题的对策措施,从而达到提高工程结算质量、合理有效控制工程造价的目的。
Aimed at slow progress of power transmission and difficulties on investment control of construction projects, engineering investment control is difficult problems, similarity and individuality of balance management of power transmission have been analyzed and countermeasures to improve quality of settlement and effectively control project cost have also been indicated.
