摘要
现阶段,大部分电力企业出现亏损状态,为全面提高竞争力,许多大型电力企业对绩效管理这一企业管理核心内容加以关注,针对当前电力行业的员工绩效管理状况,以发现问题、剖析问题原因为方向进行研究分析,同时针对其所存在的问题提出相应的解决办法来完善绩效管理在我国电力企业中的应用。
At present, most power enterprises are in the losses. A number of large power enterprises paid much attention on performance management in order to improve competitiveness. In view of the current performance management of employees, the article is to discover problems, analyzes the reasons, at the same time, corresponding solutions to improve the performance management in the electric power enterprises were also raised.
