摘要
黄金、房地产和股票作为居民理财投资的主要方式,具有不同的投资价值,以1997-2003年国际金价、中国房屋销售价格、上证综合指数和CPI指数的年度数据为基础,实证分析了这三种投资方式在16年间的资产保值状况,为居民投资决策提供参考。
Gold, real estate and stock are the main ways of residents＇ financial investment, and have different investment value. According to international gold prices, Chinese housing sales prices, the Shanghai composite index and CPI data annually from 1997 to 2003, the article analyze maintenance of assets value of the three investment ways during 16 years. It can also provide the reference for the residents when they are making investment decision.
